Rates for the whole country house

Price per person and night, with the whole house to yourselves. Minimum two nights; better value by the week. Nothing charged in advance: the deposit is paid into the account we give you on confirmation and the balance on arrival.

How the price is worked out

The price is counted per person per night, with a minimum of twelve places charged and two nights. Friday and Saturday are charged at the weekend rate; Sunday to Thursday at the weekday rate. From the thirteenth guest onwards, the extra-bed rate applies, which is cheaper. There is no separate cleaning fee and no supplement for using the pool: the house is let as a whole and all its spaces are yours.

Three examples at today's rates

12 people, Friday and Saturday: €1,200 in total (€50 per person per night).
16 people, Friday and Saturday: €1,520 in total, counting 4 extra beds.
12 people, two weekday nights: €1,080 in total (€45 per person per night).

Christmas and New Year: €1,100 a night on 24 and 25 December (the same on 31 December and 1 January) and €500 on the Saturday after, €2,700 for the three nights for 12 guests, €75 per person and night. Easter week is at the standard rate.

Seasons, full weeks and longer stays

There is a single rate for the whole year, with no summer increase: what changes is whether the night falls at the weekend or midweek. The only dates with their own rate are Christmas and New Year, €2,700 for the three nights for 12 guests (€75 per person and night); Easter week is at the standard rate. By the week it works out better: a full week for 12 guests is €3,900, €46 per person and night, and in summer it is the way to have the pool to yourselves for seven days. What the price includes

The whole house, shared with no one else.
Exclusive use of the saltwater pool, in season.
Bed linen and towels for the whole group.
Final cleaning of the house.
Firewood for the fireplace and the oven.
Wifi, heating and air conditioning.
Private parking inside the estate.

What is charged separately

A cook, a waiter and cleaning during the stay, if you book them: separately or all together, price on request.
A 30-litre keg of Mahou, cold on arrival: price on request.
A deposit of €400, paid by bank transfer and returned when you leave.

How to book

Send us your dates and how many you are using the booking form. Nothing is paid upfront: we check availability, call you, and only then is it confirmed. The full terms, including cancellation deadlines, are on the booking terms page.

Conditions

A €400 deposit, paid by bank transfer to the account we give you on confirmation. Refunded within 48 hours if there are no incidents; not refunded in the event of a serious breach of the house rules.
Nothing is charged in advance: the amount is paid on arrival.
Check-in from 14:00, check-out before 17:00.
Pets allowed with prior authorisation; ask us when booking.

Cancellations and date changes

If you can't come, you don't lose your money: we move the booking to another free weekend within the same season. Let us know as soon as you can and we will find a date with room to spare.
