Talavera de la Reina is the closest thing to a real city you have nearby: 15 minutes, about 24 km, close enough to pick up something you forgot, eat out for a day, or spend a morning there without it eating into your weekend plans. It's also the outing that fits best between two sessions of a company retreat: you can go and come back without losing the afternoon.
