Booking terms

1. Who provides the service

The accommodation is provided by PASIMONACHA, S.L., tax ID B45870722, registered address Carretera CM-4002 (Km 3,200), 45682 Los Cerralbos (Toledo), España, entered in the Register of Tourism Businesses and Activities of Castilla-La Mancha under number CR-TO-45012120044. These terms govern booking and staying at Finca La Simona and form part of the accommodation contract.

2. How to book

Bookings are requested through the website form, by telephone or by WhatsApp. Submitting the form is not a booking and involves no payment: it is a request for dates. We check availability, call you to answer any questions and confirm the price, the number of guests and the terms in writing.

The booking is formalised when the client accepts that confirmation and pays the agreed deposit. Until then the dates are not held.

3. Capacity and minimums

  • The house is let as a whole, never by the room.
  • Maximum overnight capacity: 16 people, including children of any age (12 fixed beds and 4 extra beds).
  • For meals and celebrations with guests who do not stay overnight, the dining room seats 100 and the grounds hold many more; the number of attendees, the hours and the conditions are agreed in writing before confirming.
  • A minimum of 12 people is charged, even if the group is smaller.
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights. On bank-holiday weekends and peak dates a longer minimum may apply, which is stated on confirmation.

4. Price, advance payment and settlement

The price depends on the season, the number of guests and the services booked; current rates are on the rates and terms page. All amounts include applicable taxes.

The agreed advance payment formalises the booking and is deducted from the total. The balance is paid before arrival or on arrival, as agreed in the confirmation. An invoice is issued in the name of the contracting party.

5. Deposit

The deposit is €400 and covers damage, extraordinary cleaning and compliance with the house rules. It is paid by bank transfer to the account that PASIMONACHA, S.L. provides when the booking is confirmed. It is returned in full within a maximum of 48 hours after departure, once the house has been checked, unless there is damage to deduct, which is itemised in writing. In the event of a serious breach of the house rules the deposit is not returned.

6. Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in from 2 p.m.
  • Check-out before 5 p.m.
  • Other times may be agreed in advance if occupancy allows.

7. Cancellations and changes

If you can't come, you don't lose your money: the booking is moved to another free weekend within the same season, subject to availability. Let us know as soon as you can so we can find a date with room to spare. If no date is possible within the season, we look at it case by case.

If the group cannot come, the booking is moved to another free weekend within the same season without losing what has been paid; the change depends on availability and is agreed in writing. If PASIMONACHA, S.L. cancels for a reason attributable to it, everything paid is refunded in full with no penalty.

8. Guest register

Spanish law requires every guest over fourteen years of age to be registered and their details reported to the authorities. On arrival, the identity document or passport of each guest must be provided. Without it the accommodation cannot be occupied. The processing of that data is explained in the privacy policy.

9. House rules

  • The house stands on a private estate with no immediate neighbours, but we ask you to keep outdoor areas quiet from midnight.
  • Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior written authorisation.
  • Pets are accepted with prior authorisation; they must be accompanied at all times and are not allowed on beds or sofas.
  • Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
  • Use of the pool is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard and children must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • The barbecue and the fireplace are to be used following the instructions in the house and respecting any restrictions imposed by the authorities during wildfire-risk periods.

10. Damage and liability

The contracting client is liable for damage caused to the property, furniture or facilities by any member of the group. PASIMONACHA, S.L. accepts no liability for personal belongings left in the house or for accidents arising from improper use of the facilities.

Serious breach of these rules entitles PASIMONACHA, S.L. to terminate the contract and request that the property be vacated, with no right to a refund of amounts paid.

11. Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction

Official complaint forms are available to guests. These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer protection and the tourism regulations of Castilla-La Mancha.

For any dispute the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Toledo, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before those of their own domicile. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
