Six en-suite bedrooms are exactly the size of a team: startups, law firms and management teams of 12 to 16 people who want two days out of the office without splitting up across two or three hotels. Here everyone sleeps, eats and works under the same roof, Monday to Thursday, which is when the estate has plenty of room.
What's included
- En-suite accommodation, single or shared rooms, whichever you prefer.
- Wifi throughout the house and spacious living rooms that double as a meeting or workshop space.
- Meals sorted: breakfast, lunch and dinner with catering, so no one on the team has to cook.
- An invoice made out to the company for whoever needs one.
- An optional activity in Talavera or Toledo, or a team-building afternoon in the garden and olive grove.
Two days as a team, hour by hour
- Day 1, midday. Arrival, lunch and an afternoon work session in the living room with the big windows.
- Day 1, evening. A team activity in the garden or a short trip to Talavera (15 minutes), then dinner with catering.
- Day 2, morning. A second work session with breakfast sorted and plenty of coffee.
- Day 2, midday. A final lunch and checkout at 5 pm, the whole trip wrapped up without moving between a hotel and a restaurant.

Why an estate instead of a conference hotel
A conference hotel solves the meeting room but not the time together: everyone goes back to their own room and the team scatters after the last session. Here it works the other way round. Sharing a house, a kitchen and a long table lets the conversations that don't fit on the agenda happen naturally, while the formal work still has a proper room with a big table and stable wifi. It's the difference between "an offsite day" and a team that comes back talking about more than just work. And for whoever organizes the retreat, one invoice and one point of contact simplifies what a hotel usually splits into separate bookings for rooms, meeting space and catering.

Can we get an invoice made out to the company?
Yes, give us the tax details when confirming the booking and we will issue the corresponding invoice.
Is there room for the whole team to sit down for a meeting?
Yes, the living room with the big windows and the main dining room can seat all 16 with tables and chairs for working.
Does full board include drinks?
Drinks are charged separately at market price; we go through the details with you when planning the menu.
Can we come for just one day, without staying overnight?
The minimum stay is 2 nights; for a single day without accommodation, write to us and we will look at your case.
